Abuse Report Rules.

The main rules is you must POST EVIDENCE.
No false claims, these will result in punishment.
If you see an admin/mod abusing make sure to vid it and send it to either me, john or jamie.(thanks hajuh nub for suggestion.)
Will add more when I think of them
